Please call up your friends and tell them about tomorrows' accreditation. If not they're gonna get it when school reopens. (:

Tips & Advice:

(For bronze)

Stomach in Chest out!
Pull back your shoulder!
Bang together as a squad!
Remember to lock your arms!
Remember ALL bronze commands!
Bang with 90 degree and NOT horse kick!
Look up 45degree with your head, NOT eyeballs!
Remember to check your dressing even when doing stationary drills!

(For Sliver)

Stomach in Chest out!
Pull back your shoulder!
Bang together as a squad!
Remember to lock your arms!
Always to remember to check your dressing!
Remember ALL Bronze and Sliver commands!
Bang with only 90 degree and NOT with 45 degree!
Look up 45 degree with your head and not your eyeballs!

If you have all of the above qualities, you'll sure pass your PRACTICAL. (: Only practical, not overall.

Now, PHOTOS TIME! (:

(Bronze squad)

Why never stomach in chest out?!?!?!?! Always stand on TWO legs in a squad!

This is not bad!

No! Don't look up with your eyeballs! HEAD! HEAD!

Don't close your eyes! You'll faint!

YES! Lift your head up 45 degree! Very nice!

"Thank you" *Smile*

STAND ON TWOOOO LEGS!

Head can be higher but still, nice!

Head can be higher! But still nice!

Good!

Yes!

The two who didn't came for the 1st day of training. Can't blame them, since they had no idea about it.

JIAYOU FOR TOMORROWS' ACCREDITATION BRONZE SQUAD! (:

(Sliver Squad!)

Head looking upwards! 45 degree!!!

Hentak with 90 degree!

When you do anything wrong, ask for permission to shift! Do NOT turn back on your OWN!

Good!

Kevin's head position is what I want!

Zack, take a look at your position and learn from your mistakes!

Look at your hands! Is it perfect 90 degree? If not, buck up!

Yes! This photo is very nice! All head up!

No long hair covering your face!

LOOK UP!

SEE! SEE! HENTAK 90 DEGREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice hormad.

But we can still have fun during training!! (:

Look at your hand! Is it 45 degree to the back?

Head up please!!

Yes! Like that!

Remember, even though trainings are tough, passing the accreditation is the only perfect gift you can reward yourself after a few days of tough training!!

Jiayou Sliver Squad! :D
